Designation: Corporate Consultants (HR)
Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
ï‚· Responsible for end to end recruitment activities.
ï‚· Understanding the requirements by interacting with various clients.
ï‚· Screening and short listing resumes as per the requirements.
ï‚· Conducting face to face interviews and short-listing suitable profiles against the
requirement.
ï‚· Negotiating salary and closing by giving Company Offer letter.
Administration:
ï‚· Opening Bank A/C for new employees.
ï‚· Issuing all official letters: Offer letter, appointment letter, probation completion
letter, appraisal letter, revised salary letter, experience letter etc.
ï‚· Organizing birthday celebrations, official parties and events.
ï‚· Coordinating with third party service provider and making ID cards for all new
employees and Business cards.
ï‚· Arranging for all Stationeries items according to the demand and stock.
Employee File Management:
ï‚· Collecting documents from all employees like: Educational certificates, Id proof,
Address proof, Experience Certificate, and Relieving Certificate.
ï‚· Maintaining Separate Employee File and updating tracker in the Excel sheet.
Payroll:
ï‚· Making salary working sheet and same sheet mailing to client for approval.
ï‚· Completing all joining formality with documentation of employees.
ï‚· Making appointment letter, relieving letter, offer letter and ID card ,
ï‚· Client visit in every month for purpose of Open house ,
ï‚· making all document ready for audit purpose,
ï‚· Salary Ac opening of all employees sent daily courier and courier report to H.O.
ï‚· Salary Processing of outsource employee
ï‚· Processing the Invoice.
ï‚· Making salary slip and salary breakup
ï‚· Making Full and final of left employee.
ï‚· Making outstanding report,
ï‚· Payment follow-ups from client
ï‚· Payment collection and depositing in bank
COMPLIANCE:
ï‚· Responsible for Maintenance and Renewal of Labour Law related Licenses under
Factories Act, Contract Labour Act.
ï‚· Responsible for all Statutory Compliances & Maintain Registers (PF, Contract
Labour R&A Act, Minimum Wages, Payment of Gratuity, Labour Welfare,
Employment Exchange, WC, PT).
ï‚· Preparing all Statutory Returns Half-Yearly returns, Annual Returns.
ï‚· Handling Inspections by govt. statutory authorities under the various Labour
Laws.
ï‚· Making MIS reports and Keep abreast latest changes in statutory environment.
ï‚· Ensure HR and administration processes comply with statutory regulation.
ï‚· Develop/maintain report with key Govt. officials in the statutory authorities
(Labour Dept, PF Dept, Employment Exchange, Factory Inspector)
