  • 1. THE CASE<br />Our seleced company is Telenor Pakistan and our case is related to its launching of a new product and service EasyPaisa.<br />EasyPaisa:<br />It is a branchless banking activity which allows us to use its services:<br />Financial services
  • 3. RemittanceThe trade talk:<br />On 15th oct 2009, Telenor Pakistan lauched its new product EasyPaisa. Telenor in collaboration with Tameer Micro Finance Bank, Introduced this new service, being launched for the first time in Pakistan, to its customers, retailers and merchants. <br />A convention was held in which the retailers were given training in a workshop for:<br />Financial services
  • 5. RemittanceTelenor pakistan has introduced this new source of income for its retailers, which can play an essential part in the very demanding economy of Pakistan, thus also offering convenience to customers, at their doorsterp.<br />After the convention, many of the retailers have shown keen interest in adapting this trend. Because of a massive scale competition involved even here, the company has decided to select only two retailers, who will be given the merchantship, from each specific region.<br />As the service is recently introduced so the selection is still in progress and soon all other networks are also going to adapt this trend too.<br />
