- 7. Open a web browser and go to http://ontariotutors.ca
- 8. On the front page click this icon:
- 9. This will take you to a Registration page that looks like:
- 10. For first time users you will need to register with us to receive a username and password.Click on the Register tab at the Top of the screen.
- 12. Fill out all your personal information in the fields.
- 13. At the end an email is sent to you with your username and password information in it.Log In and register for individual sessions

- 15. You will need to log in:and then register for thesession you wish to join.After you login you seea page that looks like:

- 17. Click on the Register tab on the side of the page.
- 18. Choose from the list of courses the one you would like to take and click the Register button.
- 19. This will put your course in the My sessions page that looks like:
- 20. An email will be sent with the link to your class.Setting Your audio connection!
- 21. You will be prompted to choose your audio connection. Plug in your headset.
- 22. Click Use Computer Headset, then Call Using Computer (bottom of the box)microphone TOOLS
- 23. Close ButtonSet your microphone and speaker volumes, then close the box by clicking the X in the upper right of the Volume box)
- 24. You are connected to the audio conference when a headset appears beside your nameNot ConnectedConnected
- 25. How to mute?
- 26. To mute your microphone: Click on your name: Press Mute button You are muted when a red X shows inside you headphone Press Unmute to activate your microphone again
- 27. Sending video
- 28. To send Video:Click Video in the top right corner of the screen (active when the background is blue)A video panel opens at the bottom of the pageClick Send Video (top left of the Video section)
- 29. USB Headset Connection & Switching between headset & speakers
- 30. Note: Do not follow these steps if your headset connection is working fine. If you are using your computer speakers and want to change to a USB headset you will have to use Audio Setup Wizard to switch between devices: Click Audio from top toolbar
- 31. Choose Join Audio Conference and Leave Audio ConferenceSwitching headset & speakers
- 32. Click Yes when asked do you want to leave
- 33. Plug in your headset now if you are switching from speakers to headset
- 34. Go back to Audio and choose Audio Setup Wizard
- 35. Do not close this boxContinued
- 36. Click Next on the first screen
- 37. On the second screen, use the dropdown boxes beside Preferred recording device and Preferred playback device to select the USB HeadsetClick the arrow to see a list of options, and then click the one you want (USB Headset).Repeat with preferred playback device.Note: If your headset is not plugged in you will only see one option
