to survivors, Soldiers, and their families to include directing them to appropriate programs and
resources, and inputting data accurately into both DSAID and ICRS systems with complete

Provide and coordinate services that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Connect with
community social work services, law enforcement and legal aid, local shelters, food pantries, medical
and child care services in order to provide support for our employees and their families.
