(5Min) Hi! First of all thank you very much for your time. My name is [Interviewer] and
we are doing this interview to see if our project will have success (firstly in Portugal).
This interview will be composed by three parts: the first part will be a presentation
about our project; the second part will be mainly about you and your interests and the
third part will be a more dynamic part, addressing possible problems that may appear
with the implementation of this project.

part) So, we can start to tell you a little bit about our project. Buongiorno
Cais is a restaurant where you could eat the most important meal of the day at any
time and it will be opened 24/7.
Our goal is to become a differentiate restaurant with a unique vision providing our
customers with several different breakfast, from English breakfast to Continental
breakfast.

part) This part of the interview will be mainly to check if you are part of our
segmentation target, gathering some personal information (like demographic info).

9. Is it easy to find it in restaurants? _______________
10. Do you have any allergies/habits that you have to be concerned of? (Gluten-free,

11. If yes, do you have any problems when you go to a restaurant regarding that?

part) We got to the last part of the interview and this part will be a
dynamic one. I will give you some scenarios/hypothesis and you will have to answer
me.
13. We would like to ask you how useful is for you the idea of having a place to eat
during 24h. Can you rank this need using three colors?
Green = very useful
Yellow = could use
Red = not useful at all
14. At this point we would like to understand what are your preferences regarding food
options. So can you please choose the card with the food that you would prefer to eat
independently of the time of the day?
1st card: Croissants with orange suice
2nd card: Burguer with fries with coke
3rd card: Muesli/cereals with yogurt/milk
4th card: ¡°Bitoque¡± with beer/coke
5th card: Toast with butter and coffee
6th card: Chicken with rice and water
