To Whom It May Concern:
Mara Jones worked for me as an Operations Manager for over 5 years. Her
responsibilities included finance reconciliation, benefits administration/payroll, customer
projections, budget projections, tracking shipments for on time delivery and more.
During her tenure, she was instrumental in the overall direction of the company,
including new customer and vendor qualification. During our weekly sales and operations
meetings, Mara embraced the challenges of other departments, often volunteering to offer
assistance in solving issues facing them. Many of her ideas were implemented as
company policy and resulted in better process flow and substantial company savings.
Mara was well respected by her co-workers, customers and business associated alike. She
is diligent in her paperwork and was always reachable, even after normal business hours.
Her understanding of the overall impact of decision making, makes her an asset to any
