4Location Recce: Offices<br />ActivityIs the location suitable?Additional CommentsLook around the locationSpeak to people there and organise filming permissionPermission to film from people working in offices, the offices will be empty apart from one or two people who have been made aware that filming will be taking place.Identify the equipment requiredCamera and tripodIdentify any potential health and safety issues both people and equipment related issues such as presence of people not involved in filming, video equipment being set up in a suitable and safe location, which doesn’t block access points, damages the environment or frightens livestock.All filming will take place inside at this location, so there are no health and safety issues regarding livestock. Emergency access and exits points have been recognized and acknowledged by everyone involved with the filming.Consider the positioning of the sun and lighting conditions Filming will take place indoors, so it can appear to be any time of day needed. Office lights can be adjusted as needed.Look for interesting camera angles and shotsCheck the electricity supplyDo a test on sound or video recording, checking for potential noise problems. We photographed the key areas that we would be filming in so that we had a record of them and to avoid problems later on in filming our rushes. <br />
