The majority of my career to date has been a combination of owner operator environment thus having
instilled a professional approach whether it is in verbal or written communication. Addressing telephone
calls & messages promptly together with the experience of dealing with all personalities & demands is
second nature, together with listening skills and knowing what to say and when.
I would hold a weekly meeting with key sales members (local, national and Export) together with key
operations members (production & purchasing managers, warehouse team leader) to ensure we meet our
customer objectives and to address any pending or outstanding to ensure we have no ‘show stoppers’
that could cause delays in production. Also forecasting trends i.e. seasonal, supplier availability on goods
would also impact on productivity if not monitored.
 Ability to build working relationships with all key stakeholders e.g., Corp Officers,
Management, Staff, and Customers, etc.
The drive to succeed and exceed goals and objectives, constantly in search of excellence. Performance
driven, strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate analyze and plan strategically multi-faceted
projects with focus on continuous improvement through objective measurement and the effectiveness of
our processes and procedures.
Manager needs the respect of their team is knowing everyone’s position hence having a healthy respect
for time frames, concerns/barriers etc. Also keeping in touch and monitoring employees on a regular
basis i.e. weekly team meetings) assist in troubleshooting regarding forecasting production. Established
and maintained effective intra-divisional, cross-divisional and external working relationships to ensure
achievements of Operations Business Unit.

I currently operate Windows XP PRO and utilize Microsoft Word (correspondence, reports
including tables, Wave Blue-Gum, Simian, mail merges etc), Excel (graphs, formulas etc), Outlook Express
(email) and Internet Explorer (research etc). I have operated computers approximately 13 years and own a
personal computer’s. I possess knowledge on financial software, word processing and spreadsheets.
 Experience in all facets of Management including: planning work, leading teams of workers,
controlling and reporting of financial and sales data
