Schedule and prioritize routine maintenance and TAR (Turn Around = Shutdown) activities based on
operation & project’s needs (current & future).
Optimize/maximize maintenance activities and techniques to reduce TAR durations as much as it’s
practical and in line with operation needs.
Supervise/follow up TAR and project related maintenance activities as per the schedules and records.
Review and approve jobs work packs (completion dossiers) and maintenance routine check lists.
