Handcarry Service (On Board Courier Service)
• Royale International is the market leader for hand-carries handling more than 3000 per year.
• Monitored from our 24/7/365 Global Command Centre in Hong Kong, all our locations have dedicated
handcarry staff, who have vast experience and have received all relevant training.
• Emails are replied to within 5 minutes and quotations are provided within 30 minutes.
• Insurance capabilities covering shipments up to a value of US$1.5m.
• Special packaging solutions available to ensure the safe transportation
of critical handcarry shipments.
Next-Flight-Out (NFO) Service
• A premium express air-freight solution which involves a dedicated collection, a dedicated MAWB and
dedicated clearance and delivery.

Handcarry – Weight Limitations
• The maximum weight for a handcarry shipment per box is 32Kg.
• The maximum dimensions for a handcarry shipment is the Length x Width x Height = 158cm
• The maximum total weight for a handcarry depends on the aircraft type / space availability. We’ve sent
2300Kg by handcarry with one courier in the past and regularly more than 1000Kg.

• NFO shipments unlike handcarry can be much heavier than 32Kg.
• The main restriction for NFO is the size of the aircraft and space availability.
• NFO shipments can be DG.
• Our global operations team can work with multiple carriers to book space in advance.
