 Use additional resources like LinkedIn, CareerBuilder.com, Thingamajob.com,
Indeed.com, etc., to find qualified candidates and network with them for referrals
 Present candidates to the recruiters in Seattle, (Different offices) and follow-up
consistently at different stages
 Have consistent communication with the candidates throughout the process.

 Select the candidates and assign a job to them.
 Maintain Excel document with all the details and present to Event organizer.
 Email and calls to the clients and fix up the meetings and present our event to get the
sponsorship.

OF RECRUITMENT & SELECTION PROCESS AT KS&DL. Which
includes checking the effectiveness of Recruitment & Selection process and
understand the job profile; Interacting with the tech panel.
 Summer training in B.B.A. from MALVIYA AGRICO on the project Working
Capital Management Check previous data error and let Finance manager
know about all errors.
