Na studije elektrotehnike krece 1875. godine
Upisuje Politehnicku skolu u Gracu
Spavao je svega 4 sata dnevno, jer je slobodno vreme
provodio uei
Profesori su bili zabrinuti zbog njegovog prekomernog rada
Tokom studiranja su ga 2 puta odbili za stipendiju
1878. godine napu邸ta Grac, prekida veze sa bliznjima i odlazi
u Maribor gde dobija posao in転enjera
Pocinje da se odaje kockanju
Otac ga pronalazi i vraa kuci (nedugo potom otac umire, 30.
aprila 1879. godine)
Odlazi u Prag kako bi okoao studije, ali nije uspeo da upise
Karlov univerzitet jer u srednjoj skoli nije ucio grki

7. TESLINA SMRT
Tesla umire 7. januara 1943. godine od sranog udara u
Njujorku
Umire siroma邸an i u dugovima
Sahranjen je 12. januara na Menhetnu u Njujorku

9. TESLA I EDISON
Tesla je 6. juna 1884. godine do邸ao u Njujork
Edison je zaposlio Teslu u svojoj kompaniji ,,Edisonove
ma邸ine gde je on vrlo brzo napredovao
Tesla radio oko godinu dana na novim konstrukcijama i
doneo nekoliko novih patenata za koje mu je Edison
obecao 1,1 milion $ kada sve bude gotovo
