Product Management is one of the least discussed topics in Agile conferences and meetups, whereas cutting across the various domains the industry acknowledges Product Management as the biggest area in this new world of disruptions. So I am trying to design Rubrics for various mental models of Product Management
Google Glass is a wearable computer with a head-mounted display that is voice-activated and has a smartphone-like interface. Discover how a British ecommerce site moved from running occasional tests which didn’t really prove much, to developing a testing team who are making a real difference to site performance. Plus, tips to engage other departments, such as customer service, in testing efforts.
The workshop will present various discount methods of UX testing for eCommerce websites, which can be adapted to any web or mobile app. For all methods we will show an applied example of the technique.
In the second part the participants will choose randomly a known website to which we will apply the methods and at the end we will compare and discuss the results.
The goal is to present easy methods of testing websites from an UX perspective and how can we establish measurable variables. These are important elements especially working with clients, so that we can present them better our results and how to sustain our design decisions.

As these were chosen randomly and we do not know the business objectives that drives these websites we can not evaluate objectively the UX of the presented pages, but we can use them to present testing methods for UX.

An example usability test of the Burberry website is provided where participants map the emotional user experience of finding a product and identify pain points like limited filtering options. Participants then practice these techniques on their own selected websites to identify issues and ideas for improvement.
The need for automated regression testing is most often associated with making sure code changes don’t break an app. Often ignored is the impact of data changes that are ongoing even after the code is frozen and the app is launched. Making sure that this ongoing data change (including changes to content and configuration data) does not impact app quality requires a continuous testing solution that includes support for powerful data driven testing capabilities.
In this webinar we will specifically look at the challenges in testing the types of changes that occur on a frequent basis in an eCommerce app.

Overview of Print Advertising Trends
The latest TAM AdEx report reveals a 58% increase in print ad space in 2024 compared to 2020, with a modest 1% rise over the previous year. The quarterly trends show a 9% growth in ad space per publication in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter.
Leading Sectors and Categories
The auto sector led print advertising in 2024, contributing 15.2% of the total ad space, followed closely by the services sector at 14.9%. Within the auto category, cars accounted for 8% of ad space, while two-wheelers secured a 6% share. Notably, two-wheelers recorded the highest growth among the top 10 categories, increasing by 29% year-on-year.
Advertisers and Brands
Over 78,000 advertisers and 104,000 brands utilised print advertising in 2024. Among them, Maruti Suzuki India emerged as the top advertiser, while Honda Activa H Smart led the brand rankings. The top 10 advertisers collectively contributed 14% of the total ad space, with notable entries from Hero Motocorp, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, and Tata Motors.

Sales promotion ads played a significant role, occupying 32% of total ad space in 2024. Multiple promotions accounted for the largest share at 48%, followed by discount promotions at 39%.
Over 78,000 advertisers and 104,000 brands utilised print advertising in 2024. Among them, Maruti Suzuki India emerged as the top advertiser, while Honda Activa H Smart led the brand rankings. The top 10 advertisers collectively contributed 14% of the total ad space, with notable entries from Hero Motocorp, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, and Tata Motors.

Ad innovation also marked a notable trend, with figured outline emerging as the leading innovative ad layout, followed by French window and tab formats. The top five innovative ad layouts collectively accounted for 0.6% of total ad space.
In terms of ad positioning, jacket-full page ads were the most preferred, with more than 8,400 brands opting for this format, led by Allen Career Institute.
