- 4. | Project Background The aim of the project was to support the new Internet sales company to enter the market. The ambition was to build a European, leading health products online store with potential to extend the content to health blogs, news articles and other related forums. The initial product lines were scientifically proven skin care products, used and recommended by dermatologists .

Managed marketing activities: A team to build the company’s website in five languages. (Programmers, Translators and SEO strategy.) Developed printed marketing materials and branding. Managed sales activities for both potential partners and customers. Initial target regions; Russia, Czech Republic, Nordic, UK, Italy, Germany and France. Created sales letters and partner communications People management, internal processes and recruitment.
