Senior Global Supply Chain Manager 2012 – 2015
Responsible for managing $40M annual spend with global and domestic manufacturing suppliers and vendors
in order to get products delivered on time in a cost-effective manner. In addition to duties as Global Supply
Chain Manager, below, responsible for working with supply chain team to manage and mitigate excess and
obsolete component inventory. Financial duties include preparing and facilitating quarterly business reviews
and setting up quarterly budgets and goals.
● Reduced Lead Time and Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) by enhancing existing programs to be more
accountable and results-driven.
● Led and managed manufacturing supplier to ensure on-time delivery goal of 98%.
