Talent Acquisition & Exit Management:
 Deliver full recruitment services from sourcing the suitable profiles for vacant positions from Junior Cadre.
Including analyzing job requirements and devising job descriptions.
 Participate and coordinate for mass campus recruitment
 Responsible for salary discussion and releasing the offer and appointment letters to candidates.
 Managing the Manpower Contractors with regard to manpower flow to each department on daily basis.
 Coordinating with candidates on the onboarding process.
 Handling resignations, exit interviews procedures, preparation of F&F Settlement and other formalities.
Administration, Safety and Welfare:
 Maintenance of Canteen, Security, House Keeping, Residential House and Vehicles.
 Coordinating Administration bills, Travels and Welfare activities such as snacks, insurance etc.
 Formation of Safety Committee and its procedures.
 Ensuring the availability of First Aid Medicines and Inspection of fire extinguishers on monthly basis.
 Effective contractual employee management and management of discipline and general administration
 Managing service providers and vendors, managed employee/service contracts.
Statutory & Payroll:
 Maintenance of Attendance, Personal files, Leave card and various statutory forms like Form 25, Form 12,
Form 9 And Form 6.
 Prepare Salary Breakups and Process the salary on time for Trainees
 Laisoning with Government authorities related Local Municipality, ESI, PF, Fire Office & TNPCB
 Sending PF forms on time for settlement
Employee Relation:
 Ensured prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations
and developed qualitative and cordial working environment across all employee levels.
 Maintaining transparent communications on all the process
 Handling all the queries related to employees policies and procedure
 Addressing the day to day grievances of the employees related to their salary, attendance.
 Inquiring Employee Issues and devise the action plan and execute them
Employee Engagement:
 Motivating and encouraging the employees to participate in anyone one of the event organised.
 Organizing employee engagement activities like sports day and involving employees CSR activities eye
camp and medical camp.
