Worked as an assistant for the Network Services team at California State University Dominguez Hills. I have attained
experience on maintaining a university production server infrastructure. I was also a member of the Telecommunication
VoIP deployment team that installed and supported faculty phone issues. My experience working at CSUDH has helped me
be a team player, self-motivator, quick learner and hard worker, therefore resulting in becoming a successful problem solver.

• Assisted with other technical resources as needed: fax machines and printer equipment
• Assisted help desk personnel in servicing PC’s attached to the campus domain
• Answered clients questions and concerns involving new phone installs, network lines, or server access
• Assisted with installation and maintenance of Cisco hardware for local area (LAN) and wide area (WAN) networks
• Installed and upgraded new hardware; perform Cisco firmware upgrades
• Inventoried, sorted, and tagged university switches, VoIP phones and disposed of depreciated equipment
• Maintained the network documentation and Cisco configuration files for the 90 switches on campus
• Managed and lead a team of 6 student assistants that did the client installation of more than 500 VoIP on campus
• Opened, closed, and resolved tickets (ServiceNow)
• Patched and troubleshoot network connections within the campus enterprise infrastructure
• Performed troubleshooting and repair of network and phone lines at the client end and the switch room
• Replaced and installed defective Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) batteries
• Worked very closely with I.T. Lead Network Analyst to deploy VoIP phones across the campus
