- 2. The 5 Ws Who: The clients of the Humane Society of the United States. What: The Summer Event; The event is hosted in order to appreciate the hard work against animal cruelty of those organizations who have been instrumental therein. When: July 10th, 2021 The event will be a one day event in the form of a sit down dinner and will begin at 7:00pm. We aim to deliver exceptional, outstanding, value-driven and high-quality services. Where: Rhode Island Squantum Association 947 Veterans Memorial Pkwy, Riverside, RI 02915. Why: The event aims to reward the Eco-friendly members for their commitment and devotion to fighting for the protection of animals. Demographics: The event is hosted on behalf of the Humane Society, to appreciate organizations and campaigns which have played a role in the stand/fight against animal cruelty. Psychographics: Due to the nature of the event, with is aimed at continuing to promote the fight against animal cruelty and fighting to bring an end to all forms of animal cruelty the event will encompass sustainable living elements, digital photos of the courses involved will be shown around the venue. The event will take on the form of a fundraiser therefore clients who wish to attend can purchase a seat, this is to continue the fight against animal cruelty.

The amount is expected to increase this year due to the normalization of activities after COVID19 pandemic restrictions. - 4. Saturday, July 10th, 2021 3:00pm-4:30 Event set up: tables and chairs Technology and sound system check 6:30-7:00 Guest check in/ticket confirmation 7:00-7:30 Opening speech. Some officials can make short welcoming speeches to make the events intentions clear and officially open the event. 7:30-8:30 Dinner and Reception. The guests should then be treated to a meal followed by drinks planned for by the catering team. 7:30pm-8:30pm 際際滷show- while people are eating their dinner a slideshow will be going on to promote sustainable living and human behavior towards animals. 8;30-9;30 The speeches by officials and members accompanying the screening should be made, and discussions about the topic made clear by the speakers. 9;30-11;00 complimentary drinks served to the guests, and they can then be left to mingle and talk. Each guest can then leave at their pleasure.

Virtual event: Yes its possible The RISPCA has done virtual events in the past The cost would be reduced if the event was to switched to a virtual event If the event was held in person those who didnt feel comfortable attending the event but still wanted to participate are more than welcome to by paying a fee to have access to the guest speakers and videos and PowerPoints that are presented at the event.
