The document describes a proposed dam construction project. The main purposes of the project are to generate electricity, provide water for irrigation, and provide flood control. Key project objectives include attracting tourism, increasing agriculture through irrigation, generating clean hydroelectric power, and flood control. Success will be measured by completing the project on time and budget, creating jobs, improving the local economy, and establishing a model for future projects. The project will involve constructing a main dam and secondary dam, designing spillways, and installing hydroelectric generators. Major risks include cost increases and delays, which will be mitigated by securing contractors and additional studies.
The document provides information on project management. It begins with an individual's biography and then discusses the objectives of a fundamentals of project management course. It defines what a project is, including that it is temporary with a start and end date. It also discusses key project management terms, the project life cycle, work breakdown structures, the role of the project manager, and how to implement project management.
The document outlines the Agile Inception Deck, which is a presentation used to get alignment on a project before starting. It discusses 10 questions to ask, including the purpose of the project, elevator pitch, scope, risks, timeline and budget. The goal is to eliminate confusion, set expectations and get buy-in from stakeholders on how the project will be approached before beginning the work.
The document discusses breaking down UX research knowledge into "atomic" parts to create a searchable, shareable format. It suggests categorizing research as experiments, facts learned, insights gained, and conclusions. This atomic approach could remove personal bias and encourage evidence-based, re-testable UX decisions by relating insights independently of their source. The document advocates trying this approach and provides contact information to continue the discussion.
This document provides an overview of a Project Management training program. It discusses how measuring and improving project performance can help organizations optimize resource usage, adhere to planned costs and schedules, and increase motivation and profitability. The training is aligned with PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) certification requirements and covers the nine knowledge areas from the PMBOK Guide, including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, and risk management. The training is delivered by experienced project managers and includes case studies and discussions of best practices.
The document provides an overview of the Project Management Framework by the Project Management Institute (PMI). It introduces PMI and defines project management. It then outlines the high level structure used by PMI, which includes 5 process groups and 10 knowledge areas. Each knowledge area is then summarized individually, including the processes, process groups, inputs, tools/techniques, and outputs involved. Key areas covered include integration management, scope management, time management, cost management, quality management, and human resource management. The document aims to explain PMI's standard approach to project management.

Meander | Biodiversiteit | Breng de natuur in de stadTanja Nolten
油
Meander, Fianne Bakker geeft inzicht

3. Plan van Aanpak = Projectplan
PvA = Projectplan = Projectdefinitie
Document wat een gedetailleerde
beschrijving geeft van een project
Maakt voor iedereen duidelijk wat er
moet gebeuren
Maakt duidelijk welke stappen gezet
moeten gaan worden
Legt taken, verantwoordelijkheden en
bevoegdheden vast.
5. Achtergronden, maak analyse!
Waar komt de vraag vandaan?
Waarom, aanleiding, vervolg op eerder project?
Wie is de opdrachtgever?
Persoon Organisatie?
Wie is de opdrachtnemer?
Persoon Organisatie?

Hoeveel budget
Wat is de deadline
Welke randvoorwaarden zijn er
