GENERAL INFORMATIONS OF THE COMPANY

I.1. Background of Project
Besi Profil Baru Ltd. is a supplier company of steel iron. In the last few years its progress is
developed increasingly in marketing the steel iron and assumed that demands of iron steel will
increase significantly, it is caused of increasingly development in various fields especially in
Industry sectors which its needs of steel iron is large.
Nowadays, Besi Profil Baru Ltd. often has problem in slowness of orders delivering from the
supplier And Besi Profil Baru Ltd. also plans to be going to expand steel iron marketing to some
other regions.
From the background of situation above, Mr. M Dicky Harvinanda plans to establish a steel iron
factory.

Board of Executives consist of the businessmen those who are experienced in some business fields.
Structure of Board of Executives is:

2. M. Andhika Harvinanda : Commissioner

I.2.2. Capital and Share Holders
In accordance with being included in the official document of Notary, the Company Initial Capital

A sum of Capital has been deposited as the company establishing, in the amount of Rp………

If watched from its production process, the making of steel iron uses Billet as the raw material
which is a block of steel in large measurement as its basic substance.
Actually, this iron steel manufacturer still imports machines and equipments from other countries,
as Korea, Taiwan and China.
In its planning, Besi Profil Baru Ltd. will be going to import machines and equipments from China.
In purchasing the machines and equipments it is also enclosed the technical cooperation agreement.
Hence, there are needed some experts from the country of the technology at first phase of project
realization.
For further phases, by means of transfer of technology it is hoped that can be mastered by local
experts.
