 Served as the appointed delegate with local agencies whileobtainingthe certificateto occupy the new
construction.
 Transitioned a staff of 15 and 4 special education providersand materials,fixtures,furnitureand
equipment to a new facility.Welcomed the administrativefaculty and technicianswho were displaced
duringthe relocation of the Early Childhood Program
 Managed the daily operations of the trainingcampus whileadministeringthe Norma Anderson Preschool

 Managed Witt Preschool as partof the expansion of a P- 6 model at Witt Elementary School. 32 children
