After a long experience in chemical and nuclear, in medical devices both customer and doctor side, in factory automation and in banking, both on customer and back-office side I've considered that the common denominator of this activities has been the design of usable man machine interfaces.
From the very beginning I've been deeply involved in the application of lean agile methods to improve efficiency and efficacy of design and build processes.
So I'v decided to put all this experience in an offer: usability is not art, usability is a technology. Usability is not a nice to have, usability today is a must and a key factor of success.
