- 1. My Dream Country ? This photo represent the country that I currently living and it was my dream to come to Canada since I was ten. In order to make my dream come true, I took accounting courses in Sri Lanka and applied for student visa. while I waited for my student visa I worked really hard by studying and involving myself in extra curricular activities. Finally, now I am here and proud to say I am Canadian.
- 2. My College ? This picture is special to me because this where I love to study and explore. I joined at centennial college in 2011 and entered in business accounting field. I wanted to be an accountant and in order to pursue a career, I took courses in accounting as a part time student. Every summer I volunteer at one of the tax office and practice my skills.
- 3. I love my work place ? I am working at Array Marketing since I came to Canada and this is my first work place in Canada. I got great opportunity to work in this factory, because as I get more experience, my responsibilities are increasing and I am growing with the company. When I finish graduating I can apply for higher position in same company.
- 4. Golden moment with my close friends ? I left Sri Lanka in 2007 and I did not meet all my close friends for 4 years. So last year I went to united kingdom and met all my loved friends and had great time together. In order to plan this trip, I had to work morning and night to earn more money. I still have those memories in mind and their memories keep me alive.
- 5. My hobby? This is taken after volunteering in Senior retirement home. I love helping older people and seniors with disabilities. It is my hobby to visit the senior home near my work place. When I visit them, I take flowers with me to make them smile. I spent my time reading stories, take them to walk and listening to their personal stories. This picture is more precious because one of the senior present me a story book for my birthday.
