tilmeld dig til alle de nyeste dille dietsh jeg ved, at jeg bestemt ikke.
Jeg husker tidspunkter i mit liv nar du er slankekure ikke var et problem. At spille fodbold og
braender op fem eller seks tusinde kalorier en dag gjort vaegtkontrol let. Som en kendsgerning, jeg
var nodt til at samvittighedsfuldt forsoger at tage pa i vaegt! (Tonsvis af milkshakes og is).

Aftensmad skal vaere den letteste maltid, maske lidt frugt, juice, en handfuld nodder eller
solsikkefro og kaffe eller gron te. Det tager omkring en uge at vaenne sig til denne rutine, for det
gar pa automatpilot.
Trin 2. Spise hvad, og sa meget som du onsker, til frokost, men begynder altid med din frugt forst,
