  • #3: Our comprehensive approach is a total solution to the last stronghold of unaudited corporate and governmental costs. The expense can be as much as 3% of an organizations annual revenue- and you may not even know it!
  • #4: Obsolete equipment is eliminated with the cost per page program. Repairs are done remotely and usually as a maintenance call not a repair call- done when delivering product. Savings on producing multiple invoices. Currently you have to produce an invoice every time you order or request service.. Surveys have shown that producing an invoice can cost as much as $40.00 per invoice.
