The Focus on the Future Mentor Program was launched in 2011 as one of Come Thirsty Ministries, Inc. Programs. The program design uses workshops and activities as a means to build young men in becoming who God has called them to be.Program presenters use real life stories and experiences to relate and educate the young men who participate in the program. The program focuses on mentoring through small groups and individual connections.

Based upon class discussions, assigned readings and reputable resources, agency information you will be developing a program evaluation plan based upon your work in your field placement setting. Your research油question油should consider some aspect of油client satisfaction.. 油You are not expected to collect the information you are discussing. Your work should reflect a basic understanding of (1) selecting questions for research purposes, (2) making sure your measurements are clearly linked to your research question (3) approaches used to collect data (4) the challenges in data collection and (5) the importance of disseminating the results of assessments. This assignment is worth 100 points. Your answers must be addressed in FULL

With a background in projects spanning more than 40 years, Tim Lyons specialised in the delivery of large, complex, multi-disciplinary programmes for clients including Crossrail, Network Rail, ExxonMobil, Siemens and in patent development. The SWWE Regional Network were very pleased to welcome Aalok Sonawala, Head of PMO, National Programmes, Rider Levett Bucknall on 26 February, to BAWA for our first face to face event of 2025. Aalok is a member of APMs Thames Valley Regional Network and also speaks to members of APMs PMO Interest Network, which aims to facilitate collaboration and learning, offer unbiased advice and guidance.
Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.
