Adequate fire arrangements are in place. First Aid will be provided by both producers and all other members of the production team. The Local A&E contact details will be made available to all involved. Adequate toilets, heating, dining and rest areas provided by the venue. All caterers around the area are registered with local authorities and have an appropriate hygiene certificate. How risk assessment will be communicated to all relevant parties.
