An inspector calls the school to review different departments and their lessons. Each part of every lesson will be graded and an overall grade given. Lessons will also be observed by other schools. Departments must submit a report of the reviews to the governors. Teachers will review their own parts of the lesson and provide feedback. The departments will determine an overall grade based on the individual grades. Departments will then visit other schools to have their lessons reviewed. An action plan will be written after based on the level of learning in the lessons.

- 2. Day 6 The OFSTED inspectors have arrived Each Department is being inspected Each part of the lesson has to be graded and reviewed The lesson has to have an overall grade The lesson will be reviewed by other schools Every Department has to submit a report for the Governors

Period 2 Lesson Review Each person will review their own part of the lesson using the sheets from the teacher You need to have the lesson in front of you You answer the questions honestly At the end you need to add up the answers and work out the grade you got You then need to think of 2 WWW and 2 EBI for that part of the lesson and add it to the sheet

Period 2 OFSTED Report Each department must complete their OFSTED Report There is a link on Moodle The Head of Department writes the report The information is read out to them by each person from the sheet they filled out The Department work out what Overall Grade they should get looking at the grades for each section
