2) Living fully in the present moment helps your manifestations, which means having a clean, organized environment without distractions, surrounding yourself with supportive people, and following through on your commitments.
3) Your manifestations are influenced by the people around you, so make sure to associate with those who have what you want to manifest and join clubs of like-minded individuals.

The Interplay of Force and Motion in the Physical WorldGeraldGuinto3
油
Understanding Force and Motion
Force is defined as any interaction that can cause an object to change its state of motion, which includes starting, stopping, or altering direction. It can be categorized into various types, including contact forces (like friction and muscular force) and non-contact forces (like gravitational force). The effect of a force on an object is contingent upon its magnitude and direction.
Motion, on the other hand, refers to the change in position of an object over time. An object is said to be in motion if it changes its position relative to a reference point. The state of motion can be described by parameters such as speed, velocity, and acceleration.
A short presentation about Light and its benefitsGeraldGuinto3
油
Light is a form of electromagnetic radiation that is visible to the human eye. It travels in waves and can be described by its wavelength and frequency. The visible spectrum ranges from approximately 400 nanometers (violet) to 700 nanometers (red).
Key Characteristics of Light
Speed: Light travels at an incredible speed of about 299,792 kilometers per second (186,282 miles per second) in a vacuum.
Behavior: Light exhibits both wave-like and particle-like properties, a phenomenon known as wave-particle duality. This means it can behave like a wave (interference and diffraction) or as particles called photons.
Sources: Natural sources include the sun and stars, while artificial sources include light bulbs and lasers.
Discussion of Energy in Science and different types of EnergyGeraldGuinto3
油
Energy is the capacity to do work or produce change. It exists in various forms, including:
Kinetic Energy: The energy of motion, such as a moving car or flowing water.
Potential Energy: Stored energy based on an object's position or state, like a stretched spring or water in a dam.
Thermal Energy: Related to the temperature of an object, arising from the movement of particles within it.
Chemical Energy: Stored in the bonds of chemical compounds, released during chemical reactions (e.g., food or fuel).
Nuclear Energy: Released during nuclear reactions, such as fission or fusion.
Energy can be transformed from one form to another but cannot be created or destroyed, a principle known as the law of conservation of energy. It plays a vital role in all physical processes and is essential for life, powering everything from biological functions to technological advancements.
Infinitives in English: Its uses, types, and examplesGeraldGuinto3
油
An infinitive is the base form of a verb, typically preceded by "to." For example, "to run," "to eat," and "to learn."
Types of Infinitives
To-Infinitive: The most common form, used to express purpose or intention (e.g., "I want to travel.").
Bare Infinitive: The base form without "to," often used after modal verbs (e.g., "can," "should") or certain verbs (e.g., "let," "make").
Functions of Infinitives
Noun: Acts as the subject or object (e.g., "To read is enjoyable.").
Adjective: Modifies a noun (e.g., "She has a lot of work to do.").
Adverb: Modifies a verb, adjective, or another adverb (e.g., "He runs to win.").
The results of stress are folding and faulting. When a rock has stress put on it and does not break it is called folding. Folds appear as wave-like structures in rock layers. Some folds are small and can be seen in individual rocks and some folds are huge and can only be seen from the air.

(Knight,2015)
Name it- identify situations where your buttons
might be pushed and the root cause for your anger
Reframe it- believe that you can change the way
you react, seeing it as an opportunity to learn more
about yourself, what troubles you, and how can you
avoid these situations in the future
Tame it- buy time by leaving the situation for a
while, count to 10, take a deep breath, rewind the
tape

#2: Mastering others is strength. Mastering yourself is true power Lao Tzu.油We often think about leadership as something we do to, and for, others yet it always starts with us. Without this deep understanding of ourselves we can not be effective leaders or lead with confidence.
#4: In one of my topics in Phase 1, we emphasized that Character is the foundation of Personal Transformation Pyramid. There is a need of aligning to our conscience which seeks or discerns universal spiritual, moral laws and principles. We also talked about the importance of vision (the big idea, the dream which we aspire to attain, principles as fundamental truths and values which are drawn from principles, serve as guidebook of desirable, good and proper behavior, versus the bad, improper and undesirable. Values are collective conceptions of what is considered good, desirable, and proper or bad, undesirable, and improper in a culture.
A person's values are their code of conduct, behavior, beliefs, and principles they live by.

#16: -goad, provoke (drive, urge) incentive, inducement, motive, and spur. While all these words mean "a stimulus to action," impulse suggests a driving power arising from personal temperament or constitution.
#17: -goad, provoke (drive, urge) incentive, inducement, motive, and spur. While all these words mean "a stimulus to action," impulse suggests a driving power arising from personal temperament or constitution.
#18: Delayed gratification means油resisting the temptation of an immediate reward, in anticipation that there will be a greater reward later. It's a powerful tool for learning to live your life with purpose. It's linked to impulse control: Those with high impulse control typically excel at delayed gratification.
#19: John C. Maxwell maxim: Pay now and play later, or play now and pay later.
#22: It is our responsibility to manifest the expressions of character- the MORAL CHARACTER- determining what is right from wrong, INTELLECTUAL CHARACTER- manifesting good learners and truth seeker, CIVIC CHARACTER- qualities that make us good citizens (relationships & resilience); and PERFORMANCE CHARACTER- practice self-control and perseverance for goal achievement.
#33: Gossip- conversation about other peoples personal or private life which may be unkind, disapproving or not true; It can be fun to gossip about others, but no one likes it when they're the subject of gossip. Negative gossip erodes trust (wondering if they may also be talking at your back); when the target learns it, it may destroy trust on colleagues; gossiping may also lead to depression, anxiety and exhaustion. People were motivated to engage in gossip油to bond with their group members, to entertain themselves, to exchange information, to vent emotions, and to maintain social order.. Gossip and rumors are inevitable in any workplace, but油they can also cause serious conflicts, damage morale, and undermine trust among employees. As an HR professional, you have a responsibility to prevent and manage these issues before they escalate and affect your organization's performance and culture.
#36: From mission impossible to MISSION IM POSSIBLE.
#41: What- is the big idea, the ultimate dream, there must be clarity to it; Why- it has to be fascinating/compelling; How-strategies, the pull goals vs. push goals, responsibility- massive actions, (push goal- a goal you push yourself to complete, vs. a goal that you feel naturally drawn towards; push goal- is forced vs. natural; there is pressure and will power vs. passion and dedication; hard work vs. effortless for pull goals.
#53: We have unlimited potential. Let us overcome barriers and challenges for our optimum growth and opportunities. Remove negative attitudes and perceptions, limiting beliefs, and fear because we are in this mission together. We are in MISSION IM POSSIBLE. Take the power of the day, doing intentional daily habits, Unleash your full potential, transform yourself, transform the educational system, then you can can transform the world.
