 Highly skilled and qualified quality professional with more than 28 years of
experience with a demonstrated ability to maintain strict tolerance standards on
high-tech measurement equipment.
 My experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM’s) has positioned me
as an authority on their programming and operation. CMM’s include: Browne &
Sharpe, Mitutoyo, Mycrona, Nikon, OGP, Cordax and DEA. Utilizing touch and
scan probing, optics and laser. CMM software’s including PCDIMIS, MCOSMOS,
MeasureMax, TUDOR, Keyence IM, GEOMATIC, GEOMEASURE and DOS.
 Extensive experience in all forms of GD&T. Additionally, I am an expert at blue
print interpretation, close tolerance, repeatable part measurement, gage
repeatability and reliability and trouble shooting. GR&R studies that reached
“sub-micron” level. I enjoy working with other people and possess the
communication skills to make each interaction a positive experience for everyone
involved.
 Proficient with SOLIDWORKS 2014. Completed SOLIDWORKS Essentials course in
late 2012. Proving the “cost-effectiveness” of “off-line” programming CMM’s prior
to 1st article part reaching the Quality Lab and reducing Manufacturing “down-

time” waiting on 100% dimensional inspection prior to “Production Run” and CMM
fixturing (when required).
