Aceast prezentare a fost realizat 樽n cadrul Proiectului European YESdigital implementat 樽n Rom但nia de ctre Colegiul Tehnic Matei Basarab din Caracal. Proiectul YESdigital este finanat de Comisia European prin Programul LdV (Leonardo da Vinci), aciunea TOI (Transfer Of Innovation), prin intermediul Ageniei Naionale din Spania (APEE)
Aceast prezentare a fost susinut (pe data de 25 octombrie) de ctre Gabriela Anghel i Ana Stamatescu 樽n cadrul atelierelor LearnAthon din timpul CreateAthon Rom但nia 2019.
CreateAthon a fost un maraton creativ de 24 de ore 樽n care peste 70 de voluntari profesioniti au dezvoltat proiecte complexe de marketing i comunicare pentru 10 organizaii mici din Rom但nia.
Evenimentul a fost organizat de Centrul de Resurse 樽n Comunicare, cu sprijinul Kaufland Rom但nia.

SYNERGY Induction to Pedagogy Programme - Training of Peers (ROMANIAN)Sarah Land

The SYNERGY Induction to Pedagogy programme was created by project partners, with the aim of helping micro-enterprise owners using the SYNERGY Exchange platform, to engage in peer-to-peer learning opportunities. This training programme comprises six modules and is delivered over 5 hours through a series of video lectures and PowerPoints which have been written, developed and recorded by project partners.
These modules provide micro-enterprise owners with a sound understanding of the basics in relation to e-didactics, quality criteria of peer-learning, evaluation of online learning resources and online learning environments, producing quality learning resources for peers and other knowledge that has helped them to become competent and confident online peer-educators. This module is entitled Training of Peers and provides content which provides an introduction to the characteristics of peer educators, instructional design theory and some common models used, and a brief overview of adult learning styles.
These slides are available in English, Finnish, German, Greek, Italian and Romanian.

Proiectul a 樽nceput cu o analiz
funcional, pentru a defini
aciunile 樽ntreprinse de un

7. Modelul de formare european
Pe baza competenelor necesare a fi
dezvoltate pentru a putea 樽ncepe o afacere
de succes i evalurii nevoilor de formare,
partenerii au creat un Model inovativ de
formare i 樽nvare.
Modelul de formare EIBI este un program de
樽nvare combinat, 樽n cadrul cruia
participanii 樽nva prin participarea la Cursul
Masiv Deschis Online (MOOC) i apoi
particip但nd la Ateliere de formare fa-樽n-
fa de cinci zile, prin practic ghidat i
lucru la proiect.
n timpul atelierelor, participanii au dezvoltat
planul de punere 樽n practic a ideilor lor de
afaceri.
La sf但ritul instruirii, participanii i-au
prezentat proiectele, ideea i planul lor de
afaceri, 樽n faa colegilor i reprezentanilor din
lumea de afaceri i au primit feedback.

10. Masiv Open Online Course (MOOC)
Obiectivele cursului
promovarea culturii antreprenoriale i a
antreprenoriatului prin activiti integrate,
inclusiv formare, informare, consiliere i
asisten personalizat, pentru a crete
ansele persoanelor care doresc s
樽nceap o activitate independent;
dezvoltarea de abiliti antreprenoriale
pentru cei care doresc s 樽nceap o
activitate independent;
sprijinirea inovrii 樽n afaceri;
transformarea ideilor de afaceri 樽n aciuni
concrete;
sprijinirea iniiativelor de afaceri pe
termen lung.
Principalul rezultat ale proiectului a
fost un Curs Online Masiv Deschis
(MOOC)
Cursul Masiv Deschis Online (MOOC) este un
curs online care este deschis pentru muli
participani si pe care il pot accesa prin
intermediul web-ului.
11. Construirea MOOC
Cursul a fost gazduit pe platforma
Blackboard . S-a desfasurat pe durata a
sase saptamani si a cuprins ase module:
1. Familiarizarea cu MOOC
2. Unitatea 1: Creai planul de afaceri
3. Unitatea 2: Noiuni de baz
4. Unitatea 3: Pe pia
5. Sintez
6. Evaluare
Activitile s-au bazat, 樽n primul r但nd, pe
co-樽nvare i co-creaie, dar au existat si
activiti individuale, cum ar fi reflecii
personale pe blogurile grupului i
contribuii personale pe forumurile de
discuii.
Unele activiti de 樽nvare au implicat
videoclipuri i animaii scurte create de
echipa de proiect i 樽ncrcate de pe
canalul YouTube al proiectului.
12. Pilotarea MOOC
Cursul a fost pilotat 樽ncep但nd cu data de
24 aprilie 2017.
Pentru a oferi faciliti eficiente de
樽nvare, s-a realizat instruirea a 10-15
facilitatori in instituiile participante.
Facilitatorii au sprijinit activitatea de
樽nvare pentru participanii MOOC
Participanii au fost 樽nscrii 樽n grupuri de
20-30 persoane. Fiecare grup a avut un
facilitator.
