David Gomez has worked in various medical and research roles, including as a medical scribe, research assistant, and volunteer. He gained experience in emergency departments, performing honors thesis research on physical activity and ADHD, and assisting with studies on preschoolers' development and neuropsychological outcomes for children with ADHD. Gomez also tutored and taught English as a second language. He graduated cum laude from Florida International University with degrees in psychology and minors in biology and chemistry, and is currently pursuing emergency medical technician certification.
