Il lavoro vuole contribuire a fare il punto sullo stato delle esperienze di riqualificazione dellofferta formativa della scuola italiana rispetto agli obiettivi strategici dellUnione Europea per il 2020 e lo stato del Progress to work. I finanziamenti europei hanno infatti sbloccato possibilit per la creazione di ambienti di apprendimento 3.0 e per la formazione dei docenti di ogni ordine e grado su competenze trasversali, metodologiche e digitali di alto livello, da integrare con quelle disciplinari.
Grazie allerogazione dei fondi strutturali PON (Programma Operativo Nazionale) per le Azioni del Piano Nazionale Scuola Digitale (PNSD) e per il Piano di Formazione Triennale (PFT), gli operatori scolastici stanno sperimentando nuove modalit di ricerca-azione per adottare mo-delli e processi flessibili, potenziati dalluso delle tecnologie, significativi per lacquisizione da parte degli studenti di competenze adeguate a vivere e lavorare nella complessit della moderna realt.
Lo sviluppo degli ambienti di apprendimento 竪 pensato come un processo iterativo, disegnato sul metodo della prototipizzazione per la sperimentazione ed il successivo riallineamento: lo sviluppo di comunit di pratica 竪 la chiave per linnovazione. La lavagna interattiva multimediale , detta anche LIM, 竪 un dispositivo elettronico avente le dimensioni di una tradizionale lavagna didattica, sul quale 竪 possibile disegnare usando dei pennarelli virtuali. Tipicamente 竪 collegata ad un personal computer del quale riproduce lo schermo. Permette di mantenere il classico paradigma didattico centrato sulla lavagna, estendendolo con l'integrazione di multimedia, l'accesso ad internet e la possibilit di usare software didattico in modo condiviso. Rende possibile visualizzare ed interagire con contenuti e applicazioni in formato digitale: testi, immagini, animazioni, video, software
3. L a LIM non 竪 solo una tecnologia di proiezione. I contenuti e i software visualizzati sulla lavagna digitale funzionano esattamente come sul computer ad essa collegato: le icone dei programmi presenti sul pc possono essere cliccate, i file selezionati e trascinati, aperti, modificati, collegati, salvati e cancellati. 油 La superficie interattiva Attraverso lo schermo interattivo, un normale personal computer si trasforma nel computer della classe : una superficie sulla quale l'insegnante e gli studenti possono condividere contenuti ed operazioni in un processo di costruzione collaborativa delle conoscenze.
