Aalok is a member of APMs Thames Valley Regional Network and also speaks to members of APMs PMO Interest Network, which aims to facilitate collaboration and learning, offer unbiased advice and guidance.
Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.

2. My name is Logan Peter and I am from a very small town in New
Jersey called Lumberton. Living thirty minutes from Philadelphia, I
grew up a massive sports fan and a massive Philadelphia sports
fan. My dad is who instilled these teams into me and I have always
stuck with them through the good and the bad. And even though the
bads outweigh the goods by a landslide, I wouldnt change my
upbringing and who I am for anything. My core values are to be
kind, respected among everyone, not just my peers, and to be
caring. My parents brought me up better than anybody else could
and they have made me into the person I am today, I would not be
anywhere in life without them and their constant guidance. The two
biggest things that I have tried to take from what my parents have
taught me are situational awareness and treating people the way
you want to be treated. Those two things have always been my lifes
biggest rules. I want to become a play by play announcer for a
professional sports team, that is my goal and that will continue to be
my end goal until it is finally reached.

who I want to know who I am. Anybody at huge
companies like ESPN, Barstool Sports, Fox
Sports, CBS Sports, NBC Sports, the list goes
on. Anybody that would allow me to get my foot
in the door is someone that I would try to get in
touch with. This industry is all about getting a
chance, and those chances are sometimes hard
to come by. But if you are constantly working
and constantly making yourself better
somebody will take notice. Ted Kenney would
be one person thatI would love to be able to
make an impression on who id=s the director of
operations at Fox Sports. My target audience
would be anybody that is sports crazy, the great
thing about sports is all different types of people,
