100 abstracts of e patient. FattoriGiuseppe Fattori1. A study analyzed 548 emails received between 2002-2009 regarding hemangiomas or vascular malformations. The number of emails and new patients contacting the center increased greatly over time. The study found that the internet is relevant for connecting with new patients and providing information for professionals and non-professionals about diseases with low incidence.

The programs allowed socially supportive group sessions at home.
A2 level evaluationBillysmediaThe document discusses the evaluation of a film trailer project. It provides feedback on the strengths of the trailer, including the effective location and use of first and third person perspectives. It also discusses lessons learned about improving the script and planning of shoots. The feedback received from audiences is presented, noting praise for the editing and how it made them want to watch more, while also identifying areas for improvement like the font and lighting. Dango, cartel in Japan's construction sector!Jush ShresthaThis document discusses cartels in the Japanese construction industry known as "dango". [1] Dango involves limiting competition through collusion between major companies to control the industry and gain unfair advantages in public construction tenders. [2] They work by government officials leaking information and major companies, sometimes with ties to organized crime, sharing profits while keeping new competitors out. [3] Dango violates antitrust laws but still persists due to support from government and gangsters who enforce the agreements through fear.

Restorative practices Laura MirskygathyusThis document discusses restorative practices, an approach used in schools to improve school climate, discipline, and safety. It describes two examples of restorative practices in action. In the first, a talking circle is used to address problems in a chaotic art class, leading the students to develop a plan to improve the class. In the second, a restorative conference is held for two girls who made a "hit list", allowing all affected parties to discuss the impact and make amends. The document also outlines the essential elements of restorative practices, ranging from informal affective statements to more formal conferences. Schools implementing these practices have seen reductions in suspensions, discipline issues, and bullying.
Presentation3tottenhamboy5This document discusses how a band's album poster uses, develops, and challenges conventions of real media products. It uses conventions by featuring a recurring piano image and including standard information like release date and names. It develops conventions by making the piano, not the band members, the main focus. It challenges conventions by including a large amount of text, as low-profile bands need more promotional content than just images of recognizable artists.

Restorative Justice: the EvidencefullreportgathyusThis document summarizes research on restorative justice practices in the UK and other countries. The key findings include:
1) Restorative justice reduced repeat offending for some offenders compared to conventional criminal justice, though not all.
2) Restorative justice doubled or more the offenses brought to justice by diverting cases from the criminal justice system.
3) Restorative justice reduced crime victims' post-traumatic stress symptoms and related costs.
4) Both victims and offenders generally reported higher satisfaction with restorative justice than conventional criminal justice.
The conclusions are based on research tests of face-to-face restorative justice meetings and court-ordered financial restitution for a

Justicia restaurativa.

Sempre haurà malentesos, necessitats i
interessos que competeixen entre si i
diferencies d’opinions.

• Què has pensat des de llavors? passat?

manera? conducta?
empatia.
demana-lis suggeriments.
Exemple:
tornarà a passar?
Què has après avui?
tractarem a l’altre?.
