Surmont project, on a engineered pipeline . Performing visual inspections
on pressure welds and structural welds. Mapping and maintaining a weld
log. Witnessing hydro tests, and documenting turn over packs on walk
downs, with the client.

Working for Revcon at the CNRL Kirby Lake Sag-d as a QC inspector. The
duties I was responsible for while working here are as a welding
inspector, hydro testing, structural steel and pressure welding
inspections and mapping, coordinating NDE, inspections on faulty
equipment and damages to received equipment. The project is now
completed.
2012 to Apr. 2012
I was working with Cobra lp, performing QA/QC.
Working on mechanical inspections and installations of piping
Systems, hydro tests, creating work packages, nde
coordinating, weld mapping, material receiving, also putting
together and turn over of documents to the clients, Including
ABSA forms.
2011 - 2011 Was employed with Laser Energy Inc.

2009-2010 Edmonton , constructing a new furnace
For Mid West Constructors. Working as a
lead inspector, performing all tasks which a
Q.C inspector undertakes. Making up ITPS, AB- 83s
visual Inspections, weld mapping. Turning over
documents to the client. All functions associated with

2007-2008
I was working for Phonex, at the
Nixon- Long Lake facility, as a Q.C. / Q.A. inspector. Carrying
out all of the duties of a Q.A./ Q.C. inspector.
Working modular installation and reworks and
repairs on existing units within the plant.
Including coordinating of all N.D.E. activities.
Along with all structural welding inspections.

2005-2007
Working at the Petro Canada refinery expansion.
