TECHNICAL DATA DESCRIPTION: SMR-1000 Speedo Bedliner is a 50 state compliant (2.6 lbs/gal VOC), 2 component urethane, super fast coating that is used to coat truck beds, frames, trunk interiors, floor pans, inside door skins and wheel wells. This coating can be applied with SMR- 1010 Universal Applicator Gun. SMR-1000 Speedo Bedliner is packaged in a quart container that is 他 full. Pour in the 8 oz. activator, shake and spray. The 6 quart kit is enough material for any size bed. PACKAGING: Part Number Description Size Qty. Kit SMR-1000 SPEEDO BEDLINER 24 oz 6 SMR-150-8 SPEEDO ACTIVATOR 8 oz. 6 SMR-1010 APPLICATOR 1 PREPERATION Surface should be cleaned of all grease, oil, dirt, rust, etc. before sanding. If necessary clean surface with an engine cleaner to remove heavy deposits of grease and oil. Thoroughly clean area with SMR-830 Water Based Pre Clean. DA with 180 grit sandpaper. Thorough sanding will ensure proper adhesion. Reclean with SMR-830 Water Based Pre Clean. For optimum corrosion resistance, apply a Self Etch Primer to bare metal areas before applying SMR-1000 Speedo Bedliner. MIXING Shake well before mixing. Pour one SMR-150-8 Activator in one container of SMR-1000. Shake container vigorously for 1-2 minutes. Attach SMR-1010 Applicator. Activate and spray one can at a time. Spray within 20 minutes of mixing. GUN SETUP Air Pressure @ SMR-1010 Universal Applicator Gun 40 -70 psi. Adjust gun pressure to change texture. APPLICATION 1. Mask the truck to prevent overspray from sticking to the painted surfaces. 2. Apply activated SMR-1000 Bedliner to the bed starting on the sidewalls in the front wall of the bed by the window. Do the sidewalls on half of the bed (to the wheelwells) then do front half of the floor. Once the front half of the bed is completed, do the back half of the same way. DO NOT DRY SPRAY! Do not apply in extreme temperatures. Apply at (60属80属F). 3. Apply bedliner all at once, not in separate coats. 4. Adjust air pressure and spray distance to acquire desired texture. Do not dry spray or adhesion will suffer. 5. Repairs or touch ups can be done after 24 hours at 70属F. Simply scuff, clean and spray on more bedliner. Delivery: Air Dry 1-2 hours @ 72属F(22.2属C) Service Time: Light duty (air dry) 24 hours @ 72属F(22.2属C) Heavy Duty 72 hours @ 72属F(22.2属C) Health and Safety: See Material Safety Data Sheet and labels for additional safety information and handling instructions. * The contents of this package may have to be blended with other components before the product can be used. Be sure employees are adequately trained on the safe use of respirators per company and regulatory requirements. * Wear appropriate PPE such as eye and skin protection.
