Recruitment:
 Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions for Kraft Hienz client.
 Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
 Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
 Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications based on process requirement and client requirement.
 Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
 Screen candidates resumes and job applications
 Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
