ï‚· Receiving goods and compare the price invoiced with the price quoted.
ï‚· Check all the merchandises entering to the hotel have proper documentations. (Purchase
Order, Market List).
ï‚· To check all the merchandises are properly examined for both quantity and quality (any
discrepancies should settle immediately with the supplier).
ï‚· All Goods/merchandise weighed or physically counted.
ï‚· Outgoing merchandise, such as food and beverage containers, properly documented and
accounted for as to quantity
ï‚· Prepared proper and accurate receiving records and distribute these records to proper
departments.
