In 1992, the MacPherson Group was formed as a result of a high

award from the esteemed Boston Womens Fund in recognition of her advocacy for
justice and opportunities for women and girls.
In 2000, the company was chosen as MetLifes Diversity Supplier. In 2011, Rossi
was awarded a Governors Citation in recognition of CQ Personnels service and
commitment to the Supplier Diversity Program and her successful completion of
the Massachusetts Supplier Diversity Office Future Workshop.
