SMART Goal final presentation
MY GOAL
S  (Specific) Loose at least 5 pounds. I will do cardiovascular activity 4-5 times a
    week for 30 minutes at a time at the HUB Fitness Center, as well as eat
    healthier.
M  (Measurable) I will measure this by timing myself with a stop watch and
   looking at the calories and fat content of the food I eat.
A  (Attainable) My earliest class during the week isn't until 12 so I usually just
    sleep in late. I could start waking up an hour earlier so I could go to the gym
    when I wake up and still allow myself enough time to go back to my apartment
    and get ready for class.
R  (Realistic) This goal is practical because I have enough time to fit it into my
    schedule, as well as I've been to the gym before so I'm familiar with the cardio
    machines. Also, I buy my own groceries so when I go to the store I can choose
    healthier options.
T  (Timely) This goal will be accomplished by the beginning of November.
MY GOAL


   I chose this goal because I thought it was important to eat healthier and be
    more active


   The steps I took to accomplish my goal were going to the gym 3-5 times a
    week, and incorporating healthier foods into my diet
SUPPORT AND BARRIERS

   A lot of unhealthy eating habits
   Heavy workload
   Not enough motivation
STEPS TAKEN TO ACHIEVE GOAL


    Went to the gym
    Ate healthier foods including:
     Fruits and Veggies
     Whole grains
    Participated in activities with friends which including:
     Swimming
     Insanity
     Basketball

RESULTS


   I didnt lose 5 pounds so technically I didnt reach my goal. However, I lost
    3 pounds and became more active as well as started eating healthier
   I feel as though setting this goal has made me more motivated to be more
    active as well as eat healthier
   Forcing myself to be more active has been fun for me and my friends when
    it comes to doing more activities
