Brett Lucas has set a SMART goal to develop a healthier and more active lifestyle over the course of a semester. His goal is to exercise twice a week, eat a better breakfast and lunch and a lighter dinner. Each week he will reflect on how his routine impacted his week. He enjoys eating healthy and being active, and plans to cut out snacks from his diet while utilizing campus gym and ice hockey to work out. Brett hopes to maintain this new lifestyle beyond the semester and feel energized and young at 50 years old.
