It aims to provide quick access to training and integration of language learning with vocational studies to support immigrants who are newly arrived or have lived in Finland for up to three years.

7. Kehitet辰辰n yhteis旦llisyytt辰 ja opiskelijahyvinvointia yhteisty旦ss辰
opiskelijoiden kanssa. Huomioidaan opiskelijan el辰m辰nhallinnan
kokonaisuus hyvinvoinnin edist辰misess辰 (ml. sosiaali- ja
terveyspalvelut). Kehitet辰辰n vapaa-ajan harrastustoimintaa siten,
ett辰 opiskelijat ovat mukana kehitt辰m辰ss辰, ideoimassa ja
toteuttamassa vapaa-ajantoimintaa yhdess辰 asumismuodosta
riippumatta.
Otetaan nykyist辰 laajempaan k辰ytt旦旦n jo kehitettyj辰 digitaalisia
oppimisymp辰rist旦j辰, esim. yhteisesti hy旦dynnett辰v辰t
oppimisalustat, simulaattorit ja niihin kytkeytyv辰t pedagogiset
toimintamallit.
Vahvistetaan pedagogista johtajuutta tukemaan osaamisperusteisia
ja asiakasl辰ht旦isi辰 ratkaisuja.
Kehitet辰辰n toimintakulttuuria siten, ett辰 digitaalisuutta
hy旦dynnet辰辰n nykyist辰 enemm辰n oppimisen ja sen ohjaamisen

uuden ratkaisun tai mallin mukaista toimintaa.
Hanke on t辰ll旦in luonteeltaan enemm辰n kokeilu
kuin kehitt辰mishanke.
Kehitet辰辰n ja kokeillaan vahvasti
tulevaisuusorientoituneita uusia ratkaisuja, kuten
