menad転menta kadrova od znaaja je uspe邸nost kadrova na svim nivoima
upravljanja i rukovodjenja, potom i njihova promocija. I zato jedna posebna
oblast kadrologije se bavi ocenjivanjem efikasnosti i uspe邸nosti kadrova,
naroito rukovodeih. Kadrovi se, naime, u proizvodnim odnosima javljau kao
nosioci i inioci privrednog razvoja. Ustvari, oni su odredjujui faktor razvoja
proizvodnih snaga i odnosa, jer su osnovni stvaraoci pro邸irene reprodukcije i
njenog organizovanja. Kadrovi kao linosti jo邸 uvek nisu dovoljno ispitno
nauno podruje. U vezi s tim, nisu sagledani ni faktori koji utiu na njihovo
pona邸anje, aktivnosti i uspe邸nost.
