The butterfly asks the bees to share some of their nectar, but they refuse and tell it to find its own food. Unable to find any flowers, the butterfly rests under a tree exhausted. It sees a baby bee shivering in the rain and shelters it, later returning the baby to its parents. The grateful bee family then invites the butterfly to collect food from flowers with them, and from that point on butterflies and bees become good friends.

Aalok is a member of APMs Thames Valley Regional Network and also speaks to members of APMs PMO Interest Network, which aims to facilitate collaboration and learning, offer unbiased advice and guidance.
Tonight, Aalok planned to discuss the importance of a PMO within project-based organisations, the different types of PMO and their key elements, PMO governance and centres of excellence.
PMOs within an organisation can be centralised, hub and spoke with a central PMO with satellite PMOs globally, or embedded within projects. The appropriate structure will be determined by the specific business needs of the organisation. The PMO sits above PM delivery and the supply chain delivery teams.

- 1. One day, there was a little butterfly flying happily over a rice field. Immediately, he saw a group of bees collecting flower nectar.
- 2. Excuse me, can you share some of your nectar with me? asked the butterfly.
- 3. We cant share our nectar with you, please go and find your own from other flowers, replied the bees.
- 4. The butterfly flew away to look for other flowers, but he couldnt find any.
- 5. Then the little butterfly felt very exhausted and couldnt fly any further.
- 6. Exhausted, he staggered step by step until he reached a big tree. Then he relaxed there. Suddenly, there was a heavy rain that made it difficult for the little butterfly to find flowers for food.
- 7. Then, the little butterfly saw a baby bee sitting and shivering in the rain.
- 8. The little butterfly picked up the baby bee and brought him under the tree to shelter him from the rain.
- 9. When the rain stopped, the little butterfly took the baby bee to his parents.
- 10. On the way, the little butterfly met a swarm of bees who were looking for the baby bee.
- 11. After taking the baby bee to his parents, the little butterfly started to leave to continue looking for food.
