informal coaching.
 When required, initiate disciplinary processes for team members calling on support
from Human Resources when required.
 Conduct verification of work completed i.e. by vendors and check approval of invoices,
in line with the process.
 Manage vendor’s performance in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA), by
checking the quality and tracking if they deliver on-time, as per contract agreement.
 Interact with external service providers to manage performance, build
relationships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement on a
monthly basis or when required.
 Finalize the needed studies and approval as per the process to start the below
project in 2015 to enhance and increase the quality of the work performance
/atmosphere in our locations :
ï‚· Facilities management consolidation project
ï‚· Increase the backup time of the UPS in the branches that are not equipped
with generators.
ï‚· Change the UPS batteries in our branch.
ï‚· Change the counting/sorting machines to comply with the CBE instructions.
ï‚· Changing the AC machines of our DC
ï‚· Increase the operation time of our generators by adding external additional

ï‚· Changing the AC units in 38 branch
ï‚· Changing three generators located in three branches that passed their life
