- 3. GUIDELINES AND MECHANICS All students in good standing who is willing and has the time to serve the organization and has complied with the following criteria are qualified for the Supreme Student Council posts:
- 6. President and vice-president 01 Shall be a bonafide student of MSUN-Integrated Developmental School. 02 Candidates for the said position shall be coming from the GRADE 11 and 12 respectively.
- 7. President and vice-president 03 Must NO FAILING grades in the previous semester. 04 The president and vice-president must have one year term only.
- 9. THE SENATORS 01 Shall be a bonafide student of MSUN-Integrated Developmental School. 02 There shall be THREE (3) senators from each grade level who will be elected.

- 12. 1 The filling of candidacy is OPEN for candidates with PARTY LIST. Moreover, INDEPENDENT candidates are encouraged. Last day of filling is on SEPTEMBER 10, 2021. Election mechanics
- 13. 2 All candidates are required to record a two- minute campaign video stating your name, year level, position and platforms. Answer the question WHY SHOULD WE VOTE YOU? should be stated at the end of the video. Election mechanics
- 14. 3 Campaign videos will be uploaded on SEPTEMBER 15, 2021 at MSUN-IDS PHOENIX FB Group. Videos can be viewed until the end of the campaign period September 17, 2021. Failure to submit the material will be subjected to disqualification of the candidacy. Election mechanics
- 15. 4 VIRTUAL ELECTION will be on September 22, 2021. Students participation to this activity is COMPULSORY. Casting of votes is through Google Form. The link will be posted in the IDS PHOENIX FB Group. Election mechanics
- 16. 5 Votes will be closely monitored by the SUPREME STUDENT COUNCIL COMELEC members. Election mechanics
- 17. 6 One student, one vote. Multiple votes are considered NULL and VOID. Students doing such will be subjected to disciplinary action. Election mechanics
