This was approximately a $750,000 project involving a 10,000 s.f. addition to the terminal with assorted remodeling throughout the terminal and the adjacent parking garage. Managed, scheduled and directly supervised this complex project. Involved working directly in the SIDA high security apron level near the commercial aircraft, and within the sterile FAA high security passenger concourse. It was my direct responsibility to coordinate all aspects of this project with all construction, operations, security and design team participants. Negotiated an exemption of fees and permits with City of San Antonio on behalf of SAHA resulting in a saving of almost 2 million dollars to client. Software used included Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint), Microsoft Project, Primavera SureTrack, AutoCad 2000i/ADT3 and WinEst Pro V.5.0 unit cost estimating software.
