Key responsibilities: - Reporting to Managing Director and Group HR Manager.
Administration
 Supervise the administration and logistics support provided to management staff to ensure smooth travel
arrangements.
 Liaise with internal clients to forge better working relationships and to resolve any issues that may occur
 Secretarial support to managing director by arranging meetings and travel arrangement as per outlook calendar.
 Coordinating and Management of real estate facilities of group related to bookings and maintenance issues with
maintenance department.
 Issuing purchase orders for office supplies and travel bookings.
 Service contracts management of facilities for coordination, renewal and negotiations with vendors.
 Efficient Archiving of records and contracts for retrieval.
Human resource
 Arranging various types of trainings for employees.
 Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
 Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
 Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
 Assist in the recruitment process
 Liaise with recruitment agencies
 Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence
 Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering
withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs.
 Planning Organizing & Arranging Social Initiatives for the employees like movies for 1000-1500 employees
annually, domestic family tours for deserving employees, Annual Gatherings, Various Events, Random Activity to
Motivate Employees.
