State aid for rural broadband projects was the topic of an INCA seminar on March 6th, 2013. David Cullen, an INCA board member and director of Prism Business Consulting, spoke at the seminar about understanding state aid and shared a handout on the challenges ("Slough of Despond") of obtaining state aid. The seminar provided information to rural communities on broadband projects and state aid.
